GM Apprenticeship and Careers Service
The Greater Manchester Apprenticeship and Careers Service is here to help you plan for your future. The team can help you access a wide range of apprenticeships in your local area and help you to build a career plan. You can also use the platform to research different industries and get inspiration to help you decide what you’d like to do – and access other ways of getting a feel for your chosen career: such as mentoring, work shadowing and internships.
Redundancy Support for Apprentices
If you’re an apprentice and have been made redundant from your role – or you think your role might be at risk of redundancy – there’s support available to ensure that it’s not the end of your apprenticeship.
You can access the Redundancy Support Service for Apprentices on 0800 015 0400 to get free advice, find new opportunities, and access local and national support services offering financial, health and wellbeing, legal and careers advice.
