The Midlife MOT Service is a partnership between the Growth Company, the National Careers Service, the Department of Work and Pensions, NHS and Citizen's Advice.
The partnership aims to support those aged 50+ to improve their work, health and financial prospects.
For Employers
We'll work with you to assess your needs and create a tailored plan to support your workforce, through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.
For Individuals
You'll receive a free one-to-one support session with a qualified careers adviser to create a personalised action plan.
