Richard Topliss

RBS NatWest Managing Director, Corporate & Commercial Banking, North Region, Richard Topliss is Chair of the Growth Company. 

Richard is also the Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership lead for Action in Transport Innovation. He has 40 years’ experience in corporate banking working for NatWest/RBS in Bristol, London, Birmingham and Scotland, prior to re-joining the North West in 2000. 

He is now Managing Director of Corporate & Commercial banking in the North of England and North Wales, leading a team delivering banking services to a full spectrum of businesses, from SMEs through to FTSE100 names. He is also a member of the North West Business Leadership Team.
