Emma Sheldon MBE

Emma has built businesses internationally and led cross-functional teams in marketing, sales and research and development. She participated in a management buy-out of a healthcare business and exited this business in late 2017, having increased shareholder value, acquired and launched innovative new products and business models and entered new markets profitably.

Emma has supported the development of initiatives to support exporting and growth and is experienced in supporting organisations to innovate, scale up and gain investment. Her new business, Innovestech, offers market research, strategy development, coaching and mentoring, and supports as the outsourced Commercial Director function for organisations going through periods of significant turnaround or growth.

Emma is Group Board Member of the UK India Business Council; Chair of Oddarts, Board member of Future Everything, and a Fellow of Radix and the RSA.

She achieved her Global Executive MBA from Manchester Business School and was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours for Services to Exporting.

Emma has specific expertise working in Healthcare and Medical technology and mentoring within Advanced Technology and Space Technology.
